Classic KI NO BI 45.7%, created using rice spirit, contains 11 botanicals grouped
into six flavour categories. These 6 Elements are macerated and distilled separately,
before being blended together with Fushimi water. Contemporary Gin of the Year
KI NO BI SEI 54.5%, has a higher alcohol strength and the proportions of the
6 Elements used in classic KI NO BI have been adjusted to deliver maximum

KI NO TEA 45.1%, is a distinctive expression bursting with intense aromas and
depth of flavour from the finest tencha and gyokuro teas, grown in the Uji region
of Kyoto Prefecture.
