In the depths of our brewery, amidst the celestial glow of our 8-year anniversary, we embarked on another cosmic journey, inspired by the mystique and decadence of Mars. Driven by the richness of a chocolate bar we all know and love, combined with the boldness of our stouts, we crafted a recipe. Triple mashing our toasted and caramel grains, we layered a complexity of flavors while achieving a super thick mouthfeel. Adding various chocolates, some hazelnut praline, and buckets of golden syrup, we created a velvety sea of chocolate and caramel. A delicate touch of vanilla whispered cosmic wisdom, offering a taste of the universe itself.
