Moersleutel 8 Years Celebration – Venus

The eight 8-year-anniversary beers are a testament to all we’ve learned this past year. Here, we pour it into a luscious DIPA. We specifically selected these Nelson Sauvin T90 hops for this celebratory beer – not only are they delicious, but they also come from a very passionate hop farm in New Zealand. Our head brewer, Rowan, has met the farmer and was happy to share their passion for the craft. Usually, Nelson hops contain a high passionfruit flavor, but since this farm is growing their hop plants on clay ground, these Nelson hops give a more refreshing flavor, like grapes and white wine. Paired with Mosaic to fully embrace the white grape and adding gooseberry, citrus, and passionfruit aromas. Mosaic is named in honor of the artistic assortment of aromas and flavors it is capable of presenting. A real mosaic of flavors.
